As Teamlead People & Organization, you will lead our international HR team in the Netherlands, Spain, and Poland. You ensure connection between colleagues, encourage collaboration, and help team members further develop. You are aware of what is happening within the team and the organization, support with daily HR issues, and advise management and executives on HR and labor law matters. You combine a people-oriented approach with a practical, hands-on mentality.

You will be involved in:

• Coaching and developing the international HR team;

• Strengthening collaboration between colleagues in the Netherlands, Spain, and Poland;

• Advising managers and executives on HR and labor law issues;

• Improving HR processes and work agreements;

• Increasing engagement, ownership, and job satisfaction;

• Supporting with operational and tactical HR issues when needed.

You collaborate daily with colleagues from different countries and cultures and have a direct impact on their development and collaboration. We are not looking for a remote manager, but a leader who derives energy from guiding people, creating connections, and building a strong team.

You are WOW because you...

🚀 Have HBO+/WO level of education

🎯Have several years of experience in HR and experience in leading or coaching a team;

🤝 Are a people-oriented leader who can motivate, support, and develop employees;

💬 Have strong communication skills and easily connect with different people and cultures;

📚 Have good knowledge of Dutch labor law;

🌍 Have affinity with an international work environment; knowledge of European or international labor law is a plus;

⚙️ Prefer a pragmatic approach and are willing to get your hands dirty;

✈️ Je reist graag regelmatig naar onze locaties in Barcelona (Spanje) en Krakau (Polen).

🗂️ Keep track of things, set priorities, and bring calmness to a dynamic organization;

📖 Are proficient in Dutch and English;
