Online Marketer - Marketplaces

What will you do?

As a marketplace marketer, you are responsible for presenting our product offerings optimally. You continuously optimize product content and brand pages on marketplaces across Europe. Your main focus will be on Eastern Europe, a rapidly growing market for us since the opening of a new warehouse in Poland.

You play a key role in expanding and optimizing the more than 10 marketplaces we aim to open in Poland, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Romania. And the best part? You won't be alone. We'll take the lead together.

You analyze and report according to our preferred structure to the Team Lead Marketplaces. Your responsibilities also include providing ideas for promotions, campaign structures, collaborating with agencies, and coordinating with marketplace account managers.

Analysis and data. We love it. Because by knowing the impact, we can build further! That's why you'll often need to analyze tests or small pilots. You'll have the opportunity to truly make an impact in an international growth strategy under the spotlight!

The Marketing team is based at our headquarters in Hapert, the Netherlands, so most of your interaction with the team will be online. The position is hybrid, and we believe it’s important that you also work regularly from our Barcelona office, where an international team of customer support representatives is located. It is our ambition to eventually expand the marketing and data team in Barcelona as well.

We are looking for you, because you...

🚀 hold at least a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commercial Economics or Data/BI, with a natural passion for marketing.

⏱ have at least one year of experience in a similar role, or you've just finished your studies and are eager to rapidly develop yourself.

💻 have an affinity for marketing automation tools, SEO (content), and SEA. If you have knowledge and experience with automation tools (such as Channable, DataFeedWatch, ChannelEngine, etc.), that's a plus.

👀 see through the eyes of our customers and are hungry for knowledge about our target audience.

🔎 are bursting with entrepreneurial spirit, analytical skills, and commercial insight - the perfect mix for our dynamic team.

🗣️ Last but not least, you are fluent in English. If you also speak Dutch or Polish and/or other Eastern European languages, that's a plus.
