Job description

Do you speak Polish and another language? Are you passionate about being on the front line of customer service, answering customer inquiries? If so, seize this opportunity now! We are looking for Customer Advisors to join our Customer Service Department.

What will you do?
As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, communicating with them via email, phone, or chat. Your role involves accurately addressing a wide range of questions and translating issues into effective solutions.

In this position, you will make informed decisions, provide proactive advice, and assist customers across Europe in creating the perfect ambiance in their homes. You will achieve this through your growing technical knowledge of our lighting products. Additionally, you will thoroughly record customer data and manage orders, shipments, and returns or warranty claims in our CRM system.

You will receive initial training from a colleague before starting to work independently.

Job requirements

We are looking for you, because you...

  • are communicative and have a knack for smooth conversations;

  • have prior experience as a customer service representative;

  • are proficient with systems (preferably Salesforce) and excel at multitasking;

  • are fluent in Polish and at least one other language (please see the list of additional languages below);

  • would be a standout candidate if you are fluent in a third language;

  • handle stress well and remain composed under pressure;

  • are patient, a good listener, and possess commercial insight;

  • have all the necessary documents to be able to work in Poland.

💰 a base salary of 69.240 PLN per year gross, based on a fulltime employment.

Working hours are as follows:

Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 16:00 // 09:00 - 17:00

Working on Saturdays, Sundays or National Holidays are also a possibility: in that case you will receive an extra allowance, or you can choose for extra free days!
