As a Commercial Product Specialist, you help build a convincing and high‑performing range of atmospheric lighting.

In this role, you make sure customers fully understand what they are buying. You dive into the details of new products, verify that everything is correct, and translate those insights into powerful product pages. You analyze performance, identify opportunities, and develop smart optimizations that directly contribute to revenue growth. Think of compelling product presentations, commercial improvements, and concrete actions to structurally reduce returns.

You won’t be doing this alone. You work closely with colleagues from Product, Content, Marketing, and Customer Service. Together, you ensure that our content continues to evolve and our performance keeps improving. You take the lead by prioritizing, testing, refining, and clearly reporting on results.

You also play a key role in reducing returns. You analyze data, gather context from various teams, and translate your findings into practical improvements. This way, you not only make our customers happier, but also help streamline our internal processes.

Additionally, you step in as a backup for our Product Content Specialist whenever needed, taking over tasks to ensure continuity.

Job requirements

🎓 possess a higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working, preferably complemented by a commercial background;
🛒 already have experience in a commercial (e‑commerce) environment;
🚀 are proactive and eager to develop yourself at lightning speed;
🔎 are results‑driven while also being precise and detail‑oriented;
📊 have strong analytical skills combined with a creative mindset;
💡 have affinity with interior design & lighting;
🗣️ and last but not least, you have an excellent command of both Dutch and English.
