(Junior) Business Controller

This role at Lampenlicht is all about accelerating / hacking growth in France utilizing a mix of (digital) marketing activities. Are you a French speaking Digital Marketeer (who also speaks Dutch and/or English) that has an eye for driving growth and does our fast growing European lighting business excite you as much as it excites us? Here's a glimpse of the role:
You will be developing local (digital) initiatives with the main objective being revenue growth in France. You use a broad understanding of digital marketing activities to analyze, activate & optimize campaigns that drives growth on our French webshop https://www.lampeetlumiere.fr/ and market places we collaborate with. You provide input into campaign planning for France and oversee the activation in close collaboration with team Traffic. The marketing calendar gets filled with ideas that you bring forward. Ideally, bold ideas that help us rapidly grow in the market. Using your French native language and insights into the market you ensure content and copy is always optimized for performance. The marketing channels you activate contain but are not limited to: SEA (SEM), Display, Social, Affiliates, Influencer Marketing & Content. Where needed you collaborate with agencies and oversee activations.

What's in your toolkit?

🚀 Have a bachelor degree and a finished education in the area of (Online) Marketing or comparable;

🌟 Knowledge of a wide variety of digital channels for marketing campaigns & tools;

🌍 A solid understanding of the French (e-com) market and enthusiasm working for an international e-commerce company;

📈 Performance Marketing is a second nature for you;

📊 Strong analytical capabilities and a growth hacking mindset;

✨ You have affinity working in the lighting business and bringing atmosphere into homes;

🗣️ Last but not least, you are a magician with wording and language in French, English and/or Dutch.
