Due to the growth of our ICT and Sales Technology landscape, we are looking for a Product Owner Sales CRM. In this role, you will play a key role in optimizing our B2B sales processes and further professionalizing our CRM environment with Creatio. You will closely collaborate with our development teams around Magento, SAP, Salesforce, and our internally developed software and middleware. 


What will you be doing?
In this role, you are responsible for the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization of our CRM domain solutions within the B2B and sales landscape. You are the one who translates business needs into smart, scalable CRM solutions. You delve into the requirements from sales, operations, and other departments, and translate them into clear epics and user stories that propel the team forward. Together with a cross-functional team, you design and implement new features and process improvements that elevate our lead, opportunity, and account management processes. You prioritize based on business value and user needs, collaborate closely with colleagues from Sales, Operations, Engineering, QA, Data/BI, and other Product Owners, and ensure that releases are stable, of high quality, and well-deployed. You keep the product vision sharp, communicate transparently about decisions and progress, actively improve data quality and CRM adoption, and address service requests as needed.

In short, you are the connecting force that smoothly integrates vision, technology, and user-friendliness.

Job requirements

You are WOW because you...

🚀 Preferably hold a HBO degree in ICT, Economics or a related field in which you have demonstrated your abilities.
💡 Have experience in a similar role, such as Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
⭐ Have experience working with larger CRM environments, and knowledge of Creatio, HubSpot, Salesforce, or SAP is considered a strong plus.

⏱ Combine technical knowledge with a keen sense of process optimization.

🤝 Are an approachable sparring partner for colleagues at all levels of the organization.

📈 Have strong analytical skills, easily analyze processes, and quickly get to the core of the problem.

🦾 Are able to organize your own work, set priorities, and tailor your communication to your audience. You dare to say 'no' when necessary.

💻 Are proficient in language, not only Dutch but also have excellent English skills, which is important within our international organization and team.
