Job description

Do you want to use data and customer insights to directly improve the performance of our webshop across Europe? Then this is your opportunity!

Join us as a Commercial Manager!

Are you looking for a challenging analytical role in a dynamic international e-commerce environment? Do you enjoy translating data and customer behavior into concrete improvements that drive conversion, customer satisfaction and commercial performance? Then we would love to meet you.

💫 What you'll be doing

As a Commercial Manager, you play a key role in optimizing the customer journey across our webshops. You combine data analysis, customer insights and business understanding to identify opportunities that improve conversion, revenue and customer experience.

You continuously monitor webshop performance and investigate customer behavior throughout the entire customer journey—from navigation and product pages to checkout, payment and post-purchase interactions. By combining quantitative data with qualitative customer insights, you uncover not only what is happening, but also why it is happening.

Working closely with Marketing, Pricing and Tech teams, you translate findings into actionable recommendations and optimization initiatives. Through testing, analysis and continuous improvement, you help create the best possible customer experience while maximizing business performance.

Your responsibilities include:

• Improve webshop performance by identifying friction points and opportunities across the customer journey — from navigation and product pages to checkout, payment and post-purchase behavior

• Monitor and interpret key metrics such as discount, conversion, click paths, average order value and returns, and translate findings into clear conclusions and priorities for Marketing, Pricing and Tech teams

• Complement quantitative data with qualitative insights from customer feedback, reviews and surveys to better understand the "why" behind customer behavior

• Provide data-driven hypotheses for A/B tests and other optimization initiatives, and support teams with analyses and business cases

• Lead, implement and monitor cross-functional projects and initiatives

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business challenges through data, is naturally curious about customer behavior and wants to make a measurable impact in a fast-growing international e-commerce environment.
