To further strengthen our organization, we are looking for an enthusiastic (Junior) Business Analyst for 40 hours per week.

What will you be doing?

As a Junior Business Analyst, you are continuously focused on improving our webshop performance. You dive deep into the customer journey and know exactly where friction occurs and where opportunities lie to increase conversion, revenue and customer satisfaction.

You analyze data, identify trends and translate these into concrete actions for various teams such as marketing, pricing, campaigns and tech. In addition, you take the lead in optimization projects and ensure that improvements are effectively implemented and monitored.

With your data-driven approach, you ensure that we continuously learn, test and improve.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Improving webshop performance by identifying friction points and optimization opportunities across the customer journey

  • Monitoring and analyzing key business KPIs and translating insights into concrete priorities for marketing, pricing, campaigns and tech

  • Developing data-driven hypotheses for testing and optimization

  • Supporting teams with analyses and strong business cases to substantiate decision-making

  • Leading, implementing and monitoring optimization projects and initiatives

  • Performing market analyses and translating developments into opportunities for the organization

Job requirements

You are WOW, because you...

🚀 hold a completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, business administration or a related field with a strong focus on data and analytics
📊 have 1 to 4 years of experience in an analytical role (such as marketing, pricing or planning), preferably within e-commerce
🧠 possess excellent analytical skills and strong commercial/business acumen
📈 have solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (analysis and modelling come naturally to you)
🎯 have a solution-oriented mindset – you think in opportunities and concrete improvements
🤝 are a strong collaborator and easily engage with different stakeholders
🗣️ have an excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
