Email Marketer

What will you do?
You take the lead in brainstorming, setting up, and optimizing our newsletters. You ensure strong growth of our subscribers, inspire them every week, extract good commerce from the emails by meeting customers' needs, and keep the unsubscribe rate low.

You know exactly when each newsletter will be sent, what the content should be, and where to get all the necessary information to fill it in on time. You monitor the schedule, coordinate with involved teams, and ensure that everything is ready at the right moment. The customer is always central. Based on this principle, you develop email campaigns that perfectly match the needs and behavior of the target audience, contributing to an optimal customer journey.

You work data-driven and experiment with A/B tests to gain insights and improve campaigns. In addition, you use smart technologies like AI to deliver content to the right person at the right time. You don't think in traditional B2C or B2B terms, but act from a B2Any vision: relevance and personalization are key, regardless of the type of customer.

In this role, you also develop automated journeys together with the CRM marketer. Within these automated journeys, you pay close attention to the content, you are a true content king! You also understand how to achieve cross- and upselling, so you will test this on a regular basis. Reactivating customers and setting up effective win-back campaigns, you know how to handle that!

You are WOW, because you...

🚀 Have HBO/WO level of education and preferably completed a degree in Marketing & Communication, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or similar;

💼 Have gained several years of experience as an email marketer, preferably within an international organization;

📚 Have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, essential in our international team;

📈 Have knowledge of Google Analytics;

💻 Have experience with HTML and CSS and automation software for email marketing (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud);

💡In addition to your analytical data-driven skills, you are also able to create accurate commercial and creative texts.
