As a warehouse Team Lead, you will be the driving force behind a team of 15 to 25 colleagues in our modern, automated warehouse in Hapert. You provide daily direction to the operation, ensure processes run smoothly, and serve as the first point of contact for your team. Whether it's resolving operational challenges, coordinating workloads, or coaching employees, you know how to maintain oversight and keep people motivated.

You are closely involved in the day-to-day operation and maintain a visible presence on the warehouse floor. That's why you don't just lead from the sidelines, you are also willing to roll up your sleeves and support the team whenever needed. Together with your fellow Team Leaders and Supervisors, you ensure daily targets are achieved and our customers can rely on an excellent logistics service.

What will you do?

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 15 to 25 warehouse employees and temporary workers;

  • Monitor and optimize daily logistics operations;

  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks;

  • Coordinate workloads and ensure efficient workforce planning;

  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, order, and cleanliness within the warehouse;

  • Support operational activities on the warehouse floor when required;

  • Work with your team to achieve established KPIs and performance targets.

This role can be performed during our evening shift from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM, as well 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM, as well as on weekends. In addition, attractive shift allowances apply for evening and weekend work.

Job requirements

What makes you a great fit?

You are a natural leader who thrives on bringing people together, keeping operations running smoothly, and achieving results. You know how to motivate a team, stay calm under pressure, and feel at home in a fast-paced logistics environment.

In addition you:

🚀have at least a vocational education level (MBO+);

👨‍💼 have 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in logistics or you are eager to take the next step towards a leadership role;

💻 have experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS);

💪 are proactive, take initiative, and are hands-on;

✅ are resilient to stress and always maintain an overview;

🚗 have your own transportation to Hapert;

🤸‍♀️ are flexible to work in the evening or on weekends when required;

👨‍⚕️ are a certified Emergency Response Officer (BHV) or willing to become one;

🗣️ have a good command of the English language, and if you also speak Dutch or Polish, that is a plus.

Working hours are as follows (preferences negotiable):

Monday to Friday from 07:00 - 16:00 or 14:30 - 23:30.
Saturday from 14:00 - 22:00 (from September to April).
Sunday from 12:30 - 21:30 and 14:30 - 23:30.
