Are you the sales talent we’re looking for - someone with a passion for atmospheric lighting? Ready to play a key role in the success of our Kraków store? Then keep reading! We’re searching for a flexible Sales Associate to join our team in Kraków.

At our stores, returned products from our webshop get a second life! This way, we help protect the environment - because why destroy something when it can make someone else happy? Together with your team, you’ll handle incoming products from our warehouse and ensure an attractive, well-organized presentation in the store.

You’ll quickly translate customer preferences into the right products with enthusiasm and accuracy, and you’re confident in proactively advising customers throughout the buying process. You’re motivated to achieve commercial results and resolve any issues or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

Working with a cash register is second nature to you, and you have basic computer skills. You don’t mind rolling up your sleeves to replace or install a lamp when needed.

• Have at least a secondary education level and a practical mindset.

• May already have some initial experience in sales.

• Love helping customers create the perfect atmosphere at home.

• Are highly committed and always strive to bring out the best in yourself and others.

• Communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.

• Prefer action over sitting still and enjoy hands-on tasks.

• Are flexible and available to work on weekends.

• Speak Polish fluently and you have a good understanding of English to communicate with your international colleagues!

• Are excited by the challenge of contributing to our mission: always creating the right atmosphere with lamp and light!
