Are you looking for a versatile Pricing Specialist role in a dynamic international environment and do you want to play a key role in achieving our commercial ambitions? To further strengthen our organization and optimize our pricing strategy, we are looking for an enthusiastic Pricing Specialist, based in Hapert, for 40 hours per week.

What will you be doing?

As a Pricing Specialist, you are the driving force behind our pricing strategy across Europe. You know exactly how to translate internal KPIs, market dynamics and competitive positioning into sharp, profitable pricing. You collaborate daily with various stakeholders and work closely with the Pricing Engine Team to continuously make our pricing models smarter.

You analyze the performance of our assortment and know exactly where opportunities lie to improve margins and revenue. You combine data analysis with innovation: you initiate new projects and actively test which strategies work best. Thanks to your insights and improvements, we take our pricing to the next level.

Your responsibilities include:

  • You are operationally responsible for pricing management based on internal KPIs, market positioning and strategic objectives across Europe

  • You analyze assortment performance and translate it into concrete optimization actions

  • You work closely with the Pricing Engine Team on the further development of a machine learning algorithm for price optimization

  • You initiate and develop innovative projects to strengthen our pricing strategy

  • You develop and optimize dashboards and reports to monitor relevant KPIs

  • You improve and implement automated pricing processes

  • You conduct A/B tests to analyze and optimize the impact of different discount strategies

  • You continuously collaborate with various departments (such as Category Management, Marketing and Data) to maximize impact

Job requirements

You are WOW, because you...

🚀 hold a completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, business administration or a related field with a strong focus on data and analytics
📊 have 1 to 4 years of experience in pricing, analytics or a similar role, preferably within e-commerce
🧠 possess strong analytical skills and excellent numerical insight – you immediately understand what the data is telling you
📈 have advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas and analyses are second nature to you)
🤝 communicate clearly and easily collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization
🗣️ have an excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
