Here's a glimpse of the role:

As an E-commerce Tech Specialist, you will support the management of our Magento 2 platforms and ensure our websites run smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for technical questions, collaborating with teams and external partners, and working on improving our e-commerce environment. You’ll take on technical challenges with energy, learning tools and systems, and actively contributing to improvements.


In this role, you will:

  • Work with tools like Magento 2, Webeyez, and Tweakwise, bringing some knowledge or quickly developing new skills.
  • Create and prioritize tickets for development in our sprints, ensuring projects with internal and external stakeholders are delivered on time and accurately.
  • Provide technical support and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Propose and implement solutions to optimize our websites and systems.
  • Proactively identify and work on improvements to enhance the performance of our websites.

Job requirements

What's in your toolkit?

🚀 You have at least a bachelor's level of working and thinking and a passion for e-commerce.

💻 Have some experience with Magento 2 and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

🌍 Are fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.

📈 Have up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce marketing and Google Analytics 4.

🧩 Have a solution-oriented mindset and enjoy working with diverse teams and external partners.
