Ready to boost your commercial career? Join us as an Account Manager and take charge of growing both business and retail partnerships: driving revenue, shaping customer relationships, and turning opportunities into real commercial impact.

As an Account Manager, you are the primary point of contact for our business clients and retail partners. You manage your own portfolio, strengthen customer relationships, and actively seek out new opportunities. You approach leads from our website and trade fairs, revive inactive medium-sized accounts, deliver strong sales pitches, negotiate pricing, and translate customer requests into tailored lighting plans and proposals. You resolve first-line issues and ensure every customer receives the right support.

You oversee the entire sales process with a structured and proactive approach. You provide input for quotations, follow up on proposals, contribute to annual account plans, and report on sales performance. You keep the CRM system up to date, identify improvements for lead management, and translate commercial objectives into concrete actions that support revenue growth.

You represent the company at local trade fairs, where you generate new leads and advise visitors about market developments and our solutions. To stay ahead, you also visit relevant industry events, gather customer feedback, propose product improvements, and signal trends or opportunities to the right internal teams, ensuring our offering continues to evolve in line with market needs.

Job requirements

You are WOW, because you…

  • Operate at a higher professional education level, ideally complemented by Account Management training.

  • Have strong knowledge of automated CRM systems, such as SAP.

  • Stay up to date with developments and trends in the interior design sector and lighting products.

  • Understand both online and offline product ranges, including relevant technical product knowledge.

  • Bring experience in advising customers and conducting effective sales conversations.

  • Communicate excellently, both verbally and in writing.

  • Feel confident giving presentations internally and externally.

  • Thrive when working with deadlines and commercial targets.

  • Have a strong command of Polish and English; Dutch is a great advantage.

  • Are excited by the challenge of contributing to our mission: always creating the right atmosphere with lamp and light!
