We are looking for a Transport Coordinator who firmly takes control of the logistical reins. Are you ready to let your logistical talent shine in our warehouse in Hapert (Eindhoven region)? What will you be doing?
As a Transport Coordinator, you will ensure that our packages smoothly and quickly find their way to customers in the Netherlands and abroad. Smart, efficient, and always with an eye for customer experience, you are responsible for efficiently and customer-oriented organizing the transport flows within our e-commerce operation. You ensure optimal use of carriers, pickup points, and shipping options on the webshop, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to improve the delivery experience for our customers.
You manage and optimize daily transport activities for shipments within and outside Europe.
You select, manage, and evaluate carriers and logistics partners.
You implement and manage shipping software such as Sendcloud, Paazl, or Transsmart.
You advise on shipping options on the webshop and ensure that pickup points, same-day delivery, and other options are perfectly set up.
You monitor KPIs such as delivery time, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction - and make adjustments where necessary.
You identify bottlenecks and initiate improvement projects within transport and fulfillment.
You work closely with IT and e-commerce teams to improve shipping integrations and checkout options.
You manage the transport budget and negotiate rates and contracts.

Job requirements
You are WOW because you...
🎓 Have at least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar.
📦 Have at least 3 years of experience in transport or logistics within e-commerce or retail.
🧠 Have experience with shipping software such as Sendcloud, Paazl, or Transsmart and know how to set up shipping options smartly on a webshop.
📊 Are analytically strong and effortlessly translate data into insights and improvements.
🗣️ Are communicatively skilled and smoothly interact with internal and external stakeholders.
🚀 Are proactive, think solution-oriented, and always look one step ahead.
