Warehouse operator

What are you going to do?

As a Warehouse Employee, you’ll have an active role were sitting still isn’t part of the job, so your day will fly by!
Together with your colleagues, you’ll be responsible for various tasks in the warehouse, including:

• Picking orders using a handheld scanner and our automatic, maneuverable tow trucks;

• Packing and preparing goods for shipment;

• Checking and dispatching orders to various European countries;

• Unloading containers and booking inventory.

Do you enjoy variety? Are you sometimes an early bird but also like to sleep in now and then? Perfect!
This role offers a mix of day shifts (07:00 to 16:00) and evening shifts (14:30 to 23:30), including weekends.
The job can be performed either part-time or full-time. Surcharges apply to our evening and weekend hours.

Working hours are as follows:

Monday to Friday: day shift 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, evening shift: 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM.

Saturday from 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (from September to April).

Sunday from 12:30 PM - 11:30 PM or 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM.

We are looking for you, because you...

✅ You have an active attitude, and you are precise and thorough in your work. If you already have some experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, that’s a great plus!
In addition, you bring the following:

🚀 MBO-level working and thinking skills;
🚗 You have your own transport to Hapert;
🗣️ You preferably speak Dutch and/or English, so you can understand our documents and systems.

💡 Always wanted to get your reach truck certificate? Awesome, we’ll take care of it for you!

What’s in it for you?
If you work, you earn 💰 and we think that’s important at lampenlicht. We offer solid employment conditions.
You’ll receive a gross monthly salary between €2,500 and €2,750 based on full-time employment, excluding bonuses.
In the evenings and on Saturdays, you’ll receive a 25% bonus, and on Sundays 50%.
If you regularly work evenings or weekends, your salary can go up to €3.380 gross per month!
