Do you speak Spanish, Portuguese and maybe Italian in addition to English? And do you like to be on the front line of our Customer Service department to answer customer questions? Grab your chance now! For the Customer Service team at our head office in Barcelona, we are looking for multilingual customer service employees for 40 hours a week.


What are you going to do?

As a customer service employee you are the first contact for our customers and you speak to them by email, telephone or chat. You are also available for European customers to support our foreign customer service teams. You therefore not only speak and write fluently in English, but you also master another language in word and writing, such as Spanish, Italian and/or Portuguese. You also know how to answer the most diverse customer questions correctly and you translate the problem into a correct solution for the customer.

You dare to make choices, proactively advise and help atmosphere makers in Europe to create the right atmosphere in their home. You do this through your thorough technical knowledge about our lighting products, which you gradually acquire and expand. In addition, you are accurate when it comes to registering customer data and agreements regarding orders, shipments and return or warranty shipments in our CRM system. In this position it is possible to work from our head office in Barcelona. Of course you will first be trained by one of your colleagues, before you start working independently.

Job requirements

We are looking for you, because you...

  • are communicative and have a smooth chat;
  • have already gained experience as a customer service representative;
  • can work well with systems (preferably Salesforce) and can multitask well;
  • are fluent in English in addition to the other languages (Spanish, Italian, Portuguese);
  • are resistant to stress and do not let yourself be easily upset;
  • are patient, a good listener and have commercial insight;
  • have a Spanish social security number - without it, you cannot start working for us!

Working hours are as follows:

Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 17:00 // 09:00 - 18:00 (one free hour)

We manage the web shops from our office building and warehouse in Holland. Our customer service is handled from Hapert/Eindhoven, Barcelona and Krakow.


QLF Brands is the driving force behind the brands QAZQA, Lampenlicht and FittinQ. QAZQA is our own lighting brand. Our product brand under which we design and produce lighting articles. We serve mostly B2B clients through our own QAZQA webshop.

Lampenlicht is our retail brand that stands for the online and offline sales of lighting with a standard stock of more than 3,000 different articles. FittinQ handles all our fulfillment activities, concerning warehousing and customer services. We all have the same mission, which is to always enable the right ambience with Lampenlicht!
