What will you do?

As an AI Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, implementation and management of AI solutions that directly impact our e-commerce operations and customer experience. You will work in a dynamic and innovative environment where you will have the freedom to experiment with the latest technologies and contribute to high-impact projects. You will combine in-depth technical expertise with a pragmatic approach, always keeping in mind the responsible use of data and ethical considerations.

As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analysing and presenting marketing data. You will combine analytical skills with technical knowledge to optimise our marketing efforts.

Your key responsibilities:

• You will develop and manage AI models and infrastructure, including predictive models, RAG applications and pricing optimisations.

• You will integrate “responsible AI principles” into all developed solutions, with a strong focus on privacy and fairness (bias mitigation).

• You will keep abreast of the latest developments in AI and Machine Learning and translate these trends into concrete, innovative solutions for our e-commerce platform. You will proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI for new business opportunities.

• You will work with stakeholders to set priorities.

•   You will share knowledge and best practices within the organisation.

• Work with modern cloud platforms (such as AWS, GCP and Databricks) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Arize) to ensure deployment, scalability and monitoring of AI models.
