As a Product Quality Specialist, you're an integral part of the Product team. Your mission: ensuring top-notch product quality. You'll dive into the daily hustle of tracking and resolving product complaints received from our colleagues in Customer Service. Armed with solid technical knowledge, you effortlessly identify the necessary solutions. Plus, assembling a lamp is a piece of cake for you, making physical inspections a breeze.

You're commercially savvy and solution-oriented. Conversing effortlessly in English, you connect with our colleagues in China and directly liaise with our suppliers in Europe and Asia to collaboratively reach the right solutions and/or compensations.

Your key performance indicators (KPIs) revolve around return- and warranty percentages, as well as the product scores from our customers. Keeping a vigilant eye on these, you analyze the necessary data to proactively take the reins. You collaborate with our Product Development team right from the inception of a lamp, ensuring the correct technical applications are implemented. Together, you scrutinize samples, always with an eye on user-friendliness. And hey, administrative tasks don't faze you. From checking our product manuals to ensuring they're uploaded into our system, you're on top of it all.

What's in your toolkit?

🚀 Intermediate vocational education (MBO+) or a Higher Professional Education (HBO) and it would be great if you have a technical diploma to spice it up.

🗣️ Fluent in the languages of both Dutch and English, both in the written and spoken word.

Lampenlicht, our retail brand, shines both online and offline with a standard stock of over 3,000 different lighting items. FittinQ takes care of our fulfillment activities, encompassing warehousing and customer services. Together, we have one mission: always creating the right atmosphere with lamps and light.
