Job description

Would you like to work as application manager for an ambitious international E-commerce organization? And you'd like to contribute to the further professionalization and expansion of our ICT department? Then read on! Due to the expansion of the ICT team at our head office in Hapert (Eindhoven region), we are looking for an application manager for 32 - 40 hours a week.

What will you be doing?
Lampenlicht's application landscape is becoming increasingly complexer. Your wonderful colleagues and users of our application landscape are regularly confronted with problems in their daily work. It's your task to proactively help them to solve their problems. You communicate with them about functionalities and performances. You manage a large part of our service portal and carry out expectation management for the people who raise issues. You are also responsible for setting up and maintaining a new configuration management database. You carry out capacity management, and measure and analyse the available capacity of software and hardware. We even find it sexy doing this with the latest technical developments, and you find it fantastic to enjoy this to the full.


We're looking for you, because you...

  • work and think at a higher vocational education level and are ready for a new challenge;

  • are of course a great application manager and have some experience in the field;

  • have a good command of the Dutch and English languages;

  • have expertise in and experience with CMDB (Configuration Management Database);

  • maybe have some experience with SAP and Salesforce;

  • know about the latest developments in application management;

  • are strongly committed, get the best out of yourself and others, and feel at home in a small informal team;

  • don't mind being on standby in emergencies in order to resolve escalations or issues.

We are a fast-growing international organization with more than 150 employees. We have 31 web-shops in 25 European countries and 4 bricks-and-mortar shops, and we continue to expand! We manage the web-shops from our office building and warehouse at the Kempen Business Park in Hapert.

QLF Brands is the driving force behind the brands QAZQA, Lampenlicht and FittinQ.
QAZQA is our own rather quirky lighting brand. Our product brand under which we design and produce lighting articles. We serve mostly B2B clients through our own QAZQA webshop. Lampenlicht is our retail brand that stands for the online and offline sales of lighting with a standard stock of more than 3,000 different articles. FittinQ handles all our fulfilment activities, concerning warehousing and customer services. We all have the same mission, which is to always enable the right ambience with lamp and light!
