Here's a glimpse of the role:
As a Junior E-commerce Tech Specialist, you will help manage our Magento 2 platforms and contribute to the smooth operation of our websites. You will learn how to tackle technical issues, collaborate with various teams, and discover how to further improve our e-commerce environment. We will ensure you receive the necessary guidance to be successful in this role.
Your tasks include:
- Learning to work with tools such as Magento 2, Webeyez, and Tweakwise – experience is a plus, but we are happy to help you master them quickly.
- Supporting technical queries and liaising between colleagues and external partners.
- Thinking about improvements and implementing them with the team to optimize our websites and systems.
- Contributing to the improvement of our website performance by proactively identifying areas for enhancement.
- Preparing and prioritizing tickets for our sprints to ensure projects run smoothly.

What's in your toolkit?
🚀 You have an HBO working and thinking level and a passion for e-commerce. Some experience is nice, but not required.
💡 You are eager to learn and enthusiastic about quickly mastering new tools and systems.
🤸 You have a proactive attitude: you like to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
💻 You have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other technical skills. This is a plus, not a must.
🌍 You have good communication skills in both Dutch and English.
🧩 You have a solution-oriented mindset and enjoy collaborating.
